How To Get Pakistan Chemists & Druggists Association’s Membership.PCDA Membership

Step 1:
Download link: Membership Form

Print on Legal Size Page and Filled Completely.

Step 2:
Submit your Filled Membership Form to PCDA office with following mentioned documents.

Step 3:
Documents to be attached:

a) Copy of National Identity Card(CNIC) of the owner/ Authorized Person.

b) Copy of National Tax Number(NTN) Certificate

c) Two Latest Passport size Photograph of authorized person.

d) Partnership Deed (If Required).

e) Drug Sales License (Copy)

f) STRN Certificate (Copy for Corporate Members)

g) SECP Certified copies (For SECP enlisted members)

Step 4:  Link of “Circular of Annual Fee

Pay your Membership fee as per Business Sector:

1. Retailers=Rs.2,500/=

2. Wholesalers=Rs.5,000/=

3. Distributors=Rs.10,000/=

4. Importers/Manufacturers=25,000/=

Via Pay Order / Demand Draft/ Cheque  in favor of “Pakistan Chemists & Druggists Association”
